Director of Communication

Greene is an experienced corporate and nonprofit governance professional with an expansive career in public administration and transportation infrastructure. She also is the founder of JMillette LLC, her own independent consulting firm. Ms. Greene possesses a unique cross-section of professional skills and work experiences have served in various directors’ positions for some of the largest public service organizations and governmental agencies in the U.S.

In these roles, she fostered highly successful business partnerships (B2B) and provided executive strategies that have shaped positive customer perceptions and experiences for various organizations. Currently, Ms. Green is a founding member of global Ready to Beauty a multicultural beauty industry think-tank. She is also on the advisory board of Pan African Network for Investing and Development (PANFID).
